One of the pillars of engineering education, the regular course education of KOSEN is an integrated five-year education system. For these five years of regular course education, the quality assurance of the quality of KOSEN’s regular course education will be clearly stated both domestically and internationally by providing quality assurance based on the “KOSEN International Standard for Technical College Education (KIS)”, which is an international quality assurance framework for education.
For improving the quality of KOSEN education and ensuring the quality of education internationally, Japanese Society for Engineering Education (JSEE) has started a certification system to evaluate the educational content of KOSEN regular course education based on KIS.
We are pleased to announce that we have received JAC No. 001 certification  from Japan Accreditation Board for Engineering Education (JABEE) stating that we have met the accreditation and evaluation criteria of KIS evaluation and certification process established by JABEE.
